# DeltaBot Terms of Service

By using DeltaBot, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You may use the bot for personal use and within Discord servers where you have permission to use it.

- Spam users, channels, servers, or external services.
- Exploit bugs, bypass limits, or interfere with the bot's operation.
- Attempt to access data or systems without authorization.
- Use the bot for illegal activity.
- Violate Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Developer Policies.
- Resell, commercially redistribute, or commercially exploit the bot without written permission.

## 3. Availability

DeltaBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The bot may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. No guarantee is made that the bot will always be available, accurate, secure, or error-free.

## 4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use DeltaBot and for any commands, settings, or information you submit through it.

Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, payment information, or other sensitive information to the bot.

## 5. Access Restrictions

Access to DeltaBot may be limited or terminated for abuse, security risks, violations of these terms, or conduct that could harm users, Discord servers, the bot, or its infrastructure.

DeltaBot is not responsible for outages, errors, or changes caused by third-party services.
