# DeltaBot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DeltaBot processes information when you use the bot.

## 1. Information DeltaBot May Process

Depending on the features you use, DeltaBot may process or store:

- Discord user IDs.
- Discord server IDs.
- Discord channel IDs.
- Discord role IDs.
- Commands and command inputs.
- Bot settings and server configuration.
- Saved favorites, alerts, watchlists, or preferences.
- Usage records, error logs, and security logs.
- Public or third-party game and market data requested through the bot.

DeltaBot does not need your Discord password or authentication token. Do not provide them to the bot.

- Deliver alerts or requested information.
- Prevent spam, abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
- Diagnose errors and maintain reliability.

Saved settings, favorites, alerts, or account-related records may remain until they are deleted, the bot is removed, or a deletion request is completed.

You may request deletion of information associated with your Discord user ID or server.

## 6. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored information. However, no online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

## 7. Children's Privacy

DeltaBot is not intended for anyone who is not permitted to use Discord under Discord's age requirements or applicable law.

DeltaBot does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

## 8. Third-Party Services

DeltaBot may interact with Discord, game APIs, market APIs, hosting providers, databases, or other third-party services.

Those services have their own privacy policies and may process information independently.

Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, depending on where the bot's infrastructure and service providers operate.
